Our campaign to raise 100 000kr for the supply of fresh water and renewable energy for our projects in several Africa countries has been a huge success.
We deeply appreciate all the donations we have received towards this ambitious goal and it will certainly improve the lives of those who have struggled without clean water and electricity.
In 2019, we started a new pig project with Priscillah in Mutare, Zimbabwe. It was a long wait to get the project in place and she was really happy with her first litter of pig.
Here in Mutare, Zimbabwe, the pig project is doing very well and we were able to arrange a pig sale during Christmas 2022. God bless the downpour of rain in Africa - one of our many projects in Zimbabwe and, after many years of drought, we are finally having a good harvest in Southern Africa.
Planting more than 4000 tomato plants on the farm with Tawanda in Zimbabwe and built a dam to solve the water problem in Zimbabwe.
More than 20 structures have been built to provide accommodation for 100 pigs, farming seminar has been given to farmers to learn from our pig farm. In Zimbabwe we have also built a butcher shop.
We have started a feeding scheme for pensionists in Emberengwa, Zimbabwe and a new agricultural shopping centre in the area. Here, we will have a butchershop and grind feeds for all livestock in the area. First of its kind in the area.
In Zimbabwe, we have successfully achieved several projects in farming. A water tank has been provided that will service about 5 acres of planting. Along with pigs, donkeys, goats, peanut and maize plantations, we continue to grow.
We visited the farming projects in 2019. Very impressed about the progress that has been made inspite of the difficult situation in Zimbabwe.
